  1. Yes I have noticed this and experienced it myself – isn’t this what they also call SAD – Seasonal Affected Disorder. Then there are also days when I feel happy about the rain because it is something different and gives you a chance to stay inside and be cosy – but ongoing it can become frustrating and inhibiting.
